Any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with this website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws.

In the event of a dispute, products purchased from our website can be exchanged within 7 days only, if:

1. The exchange request is made within the specified time frame.
2. The item(s) is faulty, damaged, or defective upon delivery.
3. The received product(s) differ from the original order.
4. Any items are missing from the package, including price tags, labels, or original packaging.

If the products are found damaged or missing, images of the outer packaging must be shared via email at help@rubaaiyat.pk as evidence before discarding the packaging.

The exchange request must be made within the given time frame.

Please email pictures of the defective item to help@rubaaiyat.pk within 7 days after receiving your order to raise a dispute. Rubaaiyat will review each dispute on a case-by-case basis and will make every effort to ensure fairness to both parties. Once a dispute is resolved, we will offer a replacement (product) corresponding to the one listed in the invoice or provide a coupon of the same product value to be used within the next 60 days.

Please note that no disputes will be accepted after the 7-day period post-order delivery.

The buyer/customer is fully responsible for purchases made in good faith and must not have any intent to engage in fraudulent activities. Additionally, the buyer assumes full responsibility for all selections made (items/products).
