We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery if the request is made within the specified timeframe and meets the following criteria:

  • Incorrect Order: The received product differs from the original order.

  • Missing Items: Parts of the order, price tags, labels, or original packaging are missing.

How to Raise a Dispute

To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Email Us: Send pictures of the defective item and the outer packaging to help@rubaaiyat.pk.

  2. Timeline: This must be done within 7 days of receiving your order.

  3. Review: Rubaaiyat reviews every dispute on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness.

  4. Resolution: Once resolved, we will provide a replacement product or a discount coupon of the same value, valid for 60 days.

Important: Do not discard the outer packaging until you have shared photographic evidence with our team. No disputes will be accepted after the 7-day period.

2. Customer Responsibilities

  • Accuracy: The buyer assumes full responsibility for all selections made (items/products).

  • Integrity: Customers are responsible for purchases made in good faith and must not engage in fraudulent activities.

  • Verification: We reserve the right to validate your legal age for online shopping.

3. Payments & Security

  • Accepted Methods: We accept online payments via Visa and MasterCard (Credit/Debit) in PKR or other agreed currencies.

  • Secure Transactions: Payments are processed through a secure connection directly to our payment provider.

  • Fraud Prevention: Rubaaiyat may disclose data to fraud prevention agencies to protect our customers and platform.

4. Privacy & Marketing

By using our website, you agree to the following:
