Any product purchased from Rubaaiyat’s online store can be exchanged through the Online Store ONLY, within 14 days of receiving it, provided the item is unused, and the label and tag remain in their original condition. Customers wishing to exchange the product will receive a coupon code for the full value of their purchase, which can be used once only. This policy applies to local orders only. Products bought from the Online Store cannot be exchanged at our physical stores.

For international orders, exchanges are not offered unless we deliver the wrong order or if the product is faulty.

For sale items, exchanges are only allowed if we deliver the incorrect order.

If customs duties are applicable during delivery, they must be fully paid by the customer.

Rubaaiyat is not responsible for issues such as bleeding, print damage, or color fading due to washing.

Rubaaiyat does not offer a refund policy. However, if you wish to exchange any product within 14 days, please contact our customer service center by emailing us at customercare@rubaaiyat.com.

You may cancel your order at any time before it is processed. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. After shipment, our exchange policy applies. Rubaaiyat reserves the right to cancel orders due to reasons such as out-of-stock items, pricing errors, or declined payments from the issuing financial institution.
