  1. What is the delivery time?

Local orders typically take 3-5 days for delivery, depending on the size and availability of the product. Orders are processed within 24 hours and are usually scheduled for delivery the following business day. Delivery timelines are subject to stock availability and payment approvals. In certain cases, we may request additional payment verification to process your order.

  1. What are the delivery charges for local and international orders?

Rubaaiyat offers free shipping for orders above PKR 3,000. For orders below PKR 3,000, a flat shipping fee of Rs. 150 will apply. For international orders, real-time carrier rates will be displayed during checkout, based on your location and the weight of your order.

  1. Does the price of the order include shipping?

Shipping charges are typically listed separately on the checkout page. The final total for your order will include the applicable shipping fees.

  1. How do I check the delivery status?

Once your order is dispatched, we will provide you with a Tracking ID via email. 

  1. What shipping methods do you use?

Rubaaiyat ships across Pakistan through TCS and internationally via DHL. Local deliveries usually take 2-4 working days, while international deliveries take 7-10 working days.

  1. How many delivery attempts will be made if I am unavailable to receive my order?

Our courier partners will make two delivery attempts. Please ensure the address, country, and postal code are entered clearly when placing your order. If both attempts fail, the item will be returned to us.
